R. STAHL's camera systems are designed for reliable operation in a wide range of extreme environments, for demanding applications in the hygienic industry and other related industrial sectors. Our OPEN CCTV SYSTEM has been developed to provide the best CCTV solution tailored to our client's specific requirements and needs.
This CCTV system is specifically designed for great temperature fluctuations and the rough ambient conditions prevailing on a drilling rig, Zone 1. The system requires a high-resolution image quality, remote surveillance from three different locations, and the central storage of image data.
Clear images of the crane load and aligned to the vertical are the critical issue for this real-time monitoring system. Our analog real-time CCTV system solution provides clear close-up views, when quick and correct decisions are required.
This system solution delivers detailed video images of all the ongoing drilling operations, thus providing enhanced control and preventing critical situations. Images are sent in real-time to the control room.
This system is used to monitor process changes in a hazardous area using thermal imaging and PTZ cameras. Redundant control is provided at the control centre.
Inspection window monitoring is a standard in chemical and pharmaceutical plants. With this system solution, each batch reactor is monitored with the smallest compact camera in the world – original size 55 mm / 2.2" in diameter. The camera sends video data to the control room where it is visualised on an anolog monitor in real-time.
Monitoring of the production area with zoom cameras in hall B, in combination with inspection window monitoring at the batch reactor in hall A, and visualisation in the CCR (Central Control Room) on several monitors.
Pipelines go through extremely hot or cold areas, compressor stations are located in the middle of nowhere, temperatures fluctuate wildly – these are all conditions that need to be taken into account when implementing a pipeline monitoring system.
Leakages during loading must be spotted immediately. The thermal imaging camera can address this taks perfectly. Our bespoke software identifies any changes in temperature and triggers an alarm in the process control system.
For refinery enviroments we provide complete video surveillance system solutions for reliable 24/7 operation, with guard tours and video management software – tailored to each application.
The motivation for replacing the cameras came from the increasing interference liability of the analogue video signals and the increased need for repair and maintenance. The upgrade and replacement was supposed to result in a cost-effective CCTV surveillance system featuring outstanding flexibility, a high level of functionality, as well as low maintenance cost.
